No. None of the Z32 300zx's have them. (1990-1996) There is no option for it either. The only thing you could do is buy an aftermarket wheel that is smaller.

Honestly just buy a chiltons repair manual. It has everything you need to know about the car. It covers 1970-1988 Nissan z's or zx's

If you really want to learn about your z go to eBay and buy you a CD that contains the repair manual. They are cheap. I have one for my 93z and it is great.

Well, if it doesn't start after replacing the fluids, recheck the fluid levels again because they may have dropped as the systems absorbed the fluids. If it still doesn't start, part it out and buy a new car.
