There is no reset switch on that vehicle, you probably have a bad fuel pump.
The fuel pump relay should be under the hood. It is located in a distribution box on the drivers side. In the 1994 S10, the fuel pump relay is located behind the lower dash panel below the radio. In 1995-98 they moved it to inside the glove box. In 1999-up they moved it to the distribution box under the hood.
