The Owner Guide shows that it is BY the kick panel ( not behind )
So , look in the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel

above the carpet , but yours might be higher up from the carpet

Never heard of a water pump reset button. If you mean a fuel pump reset then they usually located in the back of the van behind a panel. It says on the front of the panel.
