On a 2003 Ford Windstar :
The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is located in the cargo area , on
the passenger side , behind a service panel cover
If the button has popped up on the top of the switch then no power is going
to the electric fuel pump and the switch has to be reset manually by pushing
the button DOWN
