If the 4.0 liter V6 engine is an EFI ( Over Head Valve / pushrod style engine , the 8th " character " of the VIN being an " X " )
The fuel rail is a flat piece between the upper " plastic " intake manifold and the lower intake manifold
If you look into the engine compartment from the passenger side , you will see the fuel pressure test cap about 1 to 1 +1/2 inches to the left of the engine oil fill tube
