Relay for what? Many of the relays are in the engine bay on the driver side under a black box. There are a couple blower relays that are located behind the glovebox. and some more relays located behind the dead pedal interior panel, and the same for the passenger side. The control box is located in the trunk area, were the rear speaker are located. Just left of center is the control box for the security system. Remove the multi-wire plug, this should disarm the alarm system. You don't have to remove the anti-theft relays under the hood, you only need to disconnect the anti-theft unit in the back as instructed above. This solution also works for a 1988 Nissan Maxima.
To check the fan relays on the 99 Malibu, you can swap the relay between the AC blower and the fan.

Hello, if you want to install a Bose CD cassete in a 97 Nissan Maxima you will need to rewire the sound system in your car in order to have a wiring as required by Bose systems. Non Bose systems don't have the "finesse" that Bose systems have, that is, Bose systems requires shielded wires and cables to carry electrical signals to the amplifyers, that usually are disposed one per speaker in the 97 Maxima. Bose systems are very sensitive and have some relays and things like that to command the premium sound quality in the vehicle. It takes into account even the surface of the seats. The most important is: if you want to put a Bose system in your 97 Nissan Maxima, please find the speakers and the amps for the 97 Nissan Maxima, not from other Bose car system, as it will not work properly. Bose systems are specific design for a specific car. The first thing you can do is to go to phatg20.com and download the Nissan Maxima Factory Service Manual to see the wiring scheme, get the cables and speakers and amps and hands on work. Good luck.
theres is only three.
I think you must be referring to a blower motor relay located most likely on the firewall toward the passenger side. But, i don't know exactly which relay is the blower motor relay, as there are several relays closely located together. your resister is located below your relays on firewall.follow the wiring from blower to firewall.left side of blower motor.2 screws hold the resister down, and 2 wire harness.hope this helps
If you have checked the blower motor and it does function when power is applied then I would suspect the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is defective. It is also possible the blower motor speed control is bad, but highly unlikely.
