If you're looking for the fuel pump relay on that 94 S10 with the 4.3 L engine, it would be found on the convenience center located to the left of the steering column at the lower edge of the dash. I don't know of any "fuel relay sensor".
Swap the relay with another like relay.

The fuel pump main relay in a 1998 Chevy Blazer is located in a black box under the vehicle's hood. You will find the relay and sensor box near the firewall on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Open hood, look to your left top cowl (firewall) , you will see two relays, the larger of the two is the fuel relay.
