It is located on the Right Hand side panel of the dashboard, on the end panel. You need to open the Passenger Side door. The weird looking thing that looks like a vent on the end panel is actually the handle to remove the panel. It comes off really hard. I recommend you insert a flat head screwdriver at a few points around the panel in order to release the metal retaining clips that hold the door on (you will need to poke around a bit to find them).
The fues boxes are located 1 is under the hood on the left side by the battery and the other is located under the dash board on the drivers side by the kick panel

the switch is in the steering colum you will have to remove the steering wheel to acess it. the flasher fuse is round shaped about the size of a quarter in the fues panel under dash

most lickly you blew the main fues which should be located either on the positive cable of in the main fues box

it is below the fues block behing a circular panel drivers side neare your leaft foot.
If you pull the cover off the fuse panel and turn it over, there is a diagram for all the fuses on the back of it.
