Out of what? Is it a cartridge fuse, fuse block, disconnect panel? Turn off power and use fuse pullers for cartridge fuses. If its an old and corroded fuse block in your house, you would be wise to call someone who has the proper protective equipment to remove it.
The flasher is a round can plugged into the fuse block. The fuse block is on the bottom of the dash to the right of the steering column. Just pull the old flasher out and plug the new flasher in.
what transmission are you going to run? and what intake do you plan to run? you can redrill your 94 to fit the old block. does your have EGR and what elec you goin to run
