Check fuse in fuse block under hood on passenger side. Should be a 15 amp. There is also a relay in the same fuse block
to access main fuse block open drivers door and pull cover off from end of dashboard. secondary fuse block is in engine compartment passengers side rear (black box)
The elc fuse is for the electronic load control, there is a short somewhere in the system
It is a 20 amp fuse in the under the hood fuse box, I think it is the same as the Mass air flow, and transmission fuse.
Remove one at a time to determine which each controls
make sure the pcm fuse isant blown

located your the hood on the passenger side should be the big black fuse
The rear fuse block is located under the rear seat on the driver side. The rear seat cushion must be removed to access the rear fuse block. The underhood fuse block is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
I am having the same problem. I can't seem to find the fuse. The relay is located under the hood at the top left when you are facing the motor. On a 94 the fuse is in the same fuse box. The top of the fuse box labels the fuses
Which one? There are two. One under the hood and one under the panel on the drivers side next to the emergency brake.
