It should behind that little coin compartment which to left from the steering wheel. In order to get access to it, you will have to remove the compartment.
It is located under your hood in the main fuse box it should be a 20 amp fuse. It is an acc fuse.
It maybe a 'shared' fuse that is called 'acc' or with the horn, dome lights, etc.
The fuse panel is located under the driver's side instrument cluster. Replace fuse labeled "acc"
It is the ACC fuse
On the 1999 vehicle, it is located in the fusebox under the steering wheel, far left side. 4" by 2.5 " black plastic cover needs to be taken off. Look for the yellow 20 AMP fuse labeled ACC. It also is the fuse for the radio.
ACC is an acronym for Automatic Cruise Control. If you are getting an "ACC Reset" Message, you can try cleaning the sensors, or try pulling the ACC fuse and leave it out for about 30 minutes of drive time and replace the fuse. That mat reset the ACC in the computer.

You will often find a diagram of the fuse box for the 1988 Chevy Cheyenne in inside cover for the fuse box. This fuse box is located on the driver's side of the vehicle under the dash. The cigarette lighter fuse is generally marked as ACC.
The fuse for the power outlets is in the fuse box under the hood next to the battery. It's a 20A fuse called "cig/acc'. It is at position 8 in the power distribution center.
