The fuse block for the 91 is on the extreme left of the driver's side dash, and is only accessible when the door is open. It's concealed with a plain plastic snap-in type cover that's the same color as the dash.

the fuse box is located on the left side of the steering wheel....open driver door and there should be panel there..not on the actual door but the on the side of the dash hard to explain but it should b in plain sight.
its related the the abs system. (anti lock brakes) its an ebcm, electronic brake control module.
