On the 93 it is under the hood right in front of the steering wheel.
The fuse box is located in the engine compartment on the drivers' side. It is directly behind the upper strut mount and to the left of the hood hinge at the base of the windshield.

towards the front left end of the fuse box it should be fuse number 12.
its located under the fuse box,pop the hood and unscrew the four TORX bits(t-25)and the relay is located underneath the cover

You have to remove the glove-box. You will find the relay back - to left.

You can find the location under the cover of the fuse box. If you don't see it right away, it's found under the name "Stop Lamps." If you don't have the list available, it's located on slot 12 and takes a type 10A fuse (Red Fuse with the number "10" on it.)
