That is the Fuel Injector relay and not the Fuel Pump relay. it's located in the fuse box (engine compatment)you will have to remove a cover once it's opened it's the relay # 103(it's a green relay).

The fuel pump reset switch in a 1994 Volvo 940 is located under the hood. The relay will be in the fuse box.
It should be behind the glove box, if applicable.
Under the fan cowling. With the bonnet open it's on the left side. Gray relay clipped to the underside of the fan shroud with the part number 3 545 803 on it. If the car won't start check the wiring to it too as it corrodes.

I just got quoted $3,900 for a 2001 S60. I have a 1994 Volvo 850 non turbo automatic and i just got a quote of $2450 for a transmission rebuild from a reputable, quality shop.
On my 1994 Volvo 940 Station wagon there are two. My 2.3 is a turbo model, and was told they installed two, one in the tank, accessible behind and under the rear bench seat, and the other mid body next to the fuel filter.
