Under the hood behind the battery. It's a black plastic box with clip/tabs on the sides. It's the "power box" of the electrical system. There's large & small fuses, power relays, & large heavy fuses located in it. Of course, all the fuses are 12V with varying amp ratings. Interpret it thru the owner's manual.

Both fuses # 13 and # 18 are 15 amp fuses for the electronic flashers ( it doesn't show which is the hazards and which is for the turn signals )
