I own a 1994 Isuzu Trooper, the blower moter is located inside the truck under the glove box.
If it is the same as a 1996 it will be top row second from the front in the fuse box by drivers door.
You have to replace a relay switch for the wipers this sholud be found under the hood in the engine compartment fuse box.
Starter Relay Isuzu Trooper (Diesel Engine) located in fuse box (engine room), grey color. They have 4 relay (Power Windows-black, AC-black, Engine/Alternator-blue, and Starter-diesel engine-grey)
The power windows work off a relay,it is the bottom one in the fuse box inside vehicle, right below it is a small button, push this in and it will reset itself.
The ecm on a 93 trooper is located behind the center console. It is a silver box
in the fuse box ,on the drivers side of the dash.it is a 30 amp circuit breaker.
Not sure about the marker lights, but there are fusible links for the high/low beams in the fusible link box near the battery.
Under the hood on the right by the brake cylinder and there is also a fuse link right off the battery connector it can be unplugged and tested, check this if no power. There are also small glass fuses under dash by heater blower and behind fuse box under hood, look for little white connectors with clips on the side of it.
