Well the previous answer "owner's manual" isn't very helpful if you don't have one and are pressed for time. So to clear things up, it's behind the change holder, the one labeled CIG. Thanks to the person with the 96 Camry saying where the fuses are located. So far as I can tell there are no other fuse boxes inside the car, but there are 2 more under the hood.
The specific fuse for the clock and lighter is the far right of the bottom row of fuses behind the coin holder. To remove the coin holder open and pull up and out.
