The radio fuse is used for the CD player on a 2003 Honda Accord. To reset the radio pulled the specified fuse out of the fuse box.
The 2003 Nissan Frontier radio fuse location is listed on the inside cover of the fuse box. The radio fuse should be the very top fuse in the second role of fuses.
If the dome lights and the radio went out at the same time on a 1997 Isuzu Rodeo, it could be a fuse. There are two fuse boxes on that vehicle. One is on the passenger side in the engine compartment and one is located in the dash on the driver's side. The fuse for the radio is in the dash fuse box.
Go to About.com for fuse map. Think it is #42
The radio on a 2003 Chevy Impala can be typically be fixed by replacing the fuse. If the radio does not work when powered, it will need to be replaced with a new unit.

Just remove the fuse and look at it.
I've had that happen to my Isuzu Ascender. The thing that worked for me was turn car off and remove key find the fuse to the radio/CD player and pull it out turn car on for a second (radio & CD player will not turn on at all because the fuse is out) put the fuse back in turn car on- hopefully you can eject the CD now.
Check to make sure that your power wire on the radio is not grounding to the body of the radio. this will cause a short and thus blow the fuse.
I have a 1991 G20, and the radio suddenly quit working; the FSM specifically indicates a FUSE at the back of the radio head unit. but even at VERY close scrutiny i.e. disassembling the radio, no fuse could be located.
It probabily is just a fuse. If not, then get a new car.
it is located in the in cab fuse box labeled as mirror.
