According to the Owners Manual, it's fuse #10
BUT, if that fuse is blown, you'd lose a lot of other functions:
Heated Backlite Relay (coil), Speed Control
Module, ABS Module or IVD Module, Heat
Seat Switch (RH/LH) (if equipped), Heated
Seat Module (RH/LH) (if equipped),
Cluster, Front Temp Blend Door Actuator,
Brake Shift Interlock Solenoid, Powertrain
Control Module, Power Sliding Door
Module RH and LH, Reverse Sensing
System, Front A/C Control Head, Steering
Wheel Angle Sensor (if equipped)
So if you're having a problem with setting the temperature, it's not likely to be the fuse.

This happened to my 95 Windstar-I just replaces the fuse for the air mixture door. On my 1999 Ford Windstar, the blend door itself broke. This repair is more costly and more difficult, perhaps $700 to $1000 to replace. I just tied a shoestring to my blend door. When you insert the blend door actuator if there is no slot for it the door is broken and you are up sh... creak. Hope it is the former. Another option is from a company called HeaterTreater - a method to repair a broken blend door without removing the dash. I haven't tried it, but the ideas behind it seem to make sense - and they have lots of videos showing the processes. http://www.heatertreater.net/Windstar%20Listing.html
It is fuse # 10 and in my is a 10 AMP fuse
The fuse for the rear air conditioner on a 2002 Ford Windstar is located in the fuse panel under the dashboard on the driver's side. You will need to remove the cover to access the fuses. Look for the fuse labeled "Rear A/C" or "Rear Air" in the diagram on the cover or in the owner's manual. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the rear air conditioning system.
On a 2001 Ford Windstar, the air conditioning fuse is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find the fuse box cover, which has a diagram indicating the specific fuses and their functions. For the air conditioning, look for a fuse labeled "A/C" or similar. Always refer to the owner's manual for precise details and locations.

Both are mixtures.
the location for the air con fuse is next to the driver right air con(for a right hand drive). u have to open the door to see the fuse box on the dash board. its in between the door and the dashboard.
This could be a very strange way of describing the air/gas charged lift - support arms. (??) They wear out and are an easy replacement.
Instument Fuse Block position #10. Open driver's side door to locate fuse panel. 15 Amp blade fuse.
moisture is the mixture of cold air mixing with hot air pretty much like rain is formed
For a Windstar, a common problem is a failed temperature blend door motor - actuator. See "Related Questions" below
