if this system uses dex-cool flush the system
if the heater does not blow out warm air change the setting.
Your coolant level is low.
The heater does not blow air because it emits infrared rays that have heat molecules within them, thus releasing heat, not blowing it. A heater does not blow air becasue there is no moving air source within the heater. The heater emits infrered rays that cause heat to slowly flow out of the heater.
It could be that you need coolant or it's low.

When it is first turned on it blows cold air. Give it 2 minutes it wll heat up to regular temperature.
Your heater will blow cold air only.
The front expansion valve is clogged.
The heater core could be burnt out. Make sure your antifreeze is full and your switches on the dash are working. When you move the switch from cool to warm you should be able to hear a difference. If you don't the door/flap may not be moving.
