You have a power distribution box located under the hood on the driver side. This is where you will find major fuses. If you are not sure which one it is. look for one that is blown( the wire inside will be split or maybe burned to a darker color. On my 1999 Explorer, its' fuse #27 (15amp mini fuse) in the fuse panel, next to the drivers door. It also controls the OverDrive switch, and a few other things. My OD switch quit working yesterday.... so I tracked it down....
