The diagram on the underside of the cover over the fuse compartment on the right end of the dash is somewhat ambiguous, but the fuse appears to be the second from the top fuse along side of the circuit breakers.
You gain access to this cover by opening the front passenger door and looking at the end of the dash, next to the clovecompartment which is on the front of the dash in that same area.
Where is the fuse for the gauges in a 2004 nissan sentra?
There is no fuse just for the speedometer. If the speedometer is not working, you may have a problem in the dash gauges cluster, or a vehicle speed sensor problem.
No. The spark plug wires have nothing to do with the illumination of dash gauges. Check your fuse box for blown fuses. A blown fuse that corresponds to the instrument cluster will cause that.
There is a fuse for the gauges, check it.
check the fuse under gauges
The 2003 Chevy Z 71 pickup truck fuse that controls the gauges can be found in the fuse box. The gauge fuse will be in the first column, fourth from the bottom.
my 1998 doge ram van, all my gauges are not working
Yes, some vehicles have one fuse that protects the gauge/dash cluster circuit.
I believe one fuse protects all the gauges. If only the fuel gauge stopped working I would suspect the sending unit in the fuel tank is at fault.
Check the fuse marked "IPC".
If all of the gauges stopped working there is probably a blown fuse in the right side of the console in the car or out under the hood in that fuse box. If all of the fuses are good then there is likely a bad gauge cluster or a wiring problem.
Fuse# 33 a 10amp also on same fuse is cruise control and gauges
