The fuse panel is in front passenger side behind the plastic cover. It is about 12 inches tall and about 8 inches wide. Reach to the front side and pull it off. Then at bottom of the fuse box cover pull straight out. There is your fuses.
I found it right where the passenger's right foot would be: behind the kick panel ahead of the car's door. You'll need your owner's manual; all fuses are identified as; FUSE 1, FUSE 2, FUSE 3.
