On my 96 Eldo ETC, there are two fuse boxes. One is deep in the trunk behind the driver's side caepeting, just above the level of the trunklid hinge. The other is in the engine compartment on the right side, just behind the windshield washer tank, covered by a shroud - some have flip open doors to get at the fuses. (Beneath that fuse box are also some electircal relays.)
