usually there is a fuse panel on the drivers side under the dash. all you have to do when you find the panel is figure out which fuse controls it. and in most cases there will be a diagram on the cover for the panel or one in your owners manual
The fuse box is located under the hood next to the battery.

Under the hood just behind the battery is another fuse panel. The power window fuse is located there.
It's under the hood fuse box which is next to the battery.
In the fusebox directly behind the battery. It is a 20A fuse, of the same type that is in the fuse panel by the steering wheel.

The diagram, for a fuse panel, on your 1994 Nissan, can be found on the inside of the fuse panel cover. A diagram can also be obtained from most Nissan dealerships.
There is a fuse puller located on the far right side of the fuse panel by the steering wheel. It is a black pincer looking device about 1.5 inches long. Just slip the clamp over the fuse and gently pull.
The fuse is located behind a panel located above the hood release. It is called "socket" on the diagram on the panel. I noted, from the Owner's Manual, that the "cigarette lighter" is actually a 12 V outlet, really not intended for a cigarette lighter.
