The fuse box is located under the hood right behind the battery, if you are standing in front of the vehicle. It should have a black, almost 'L' shaped plastic cover nearly the same size as the battery. The cover just pops off and has the fuse ID's inside. Be certain to replace the cover properly, as it needs to be watertight.

Some of the higher end 02 models come with a cabin filter. If you have a base model, just go to a parts store like Advance and tell them you have a Grand Caravan. The filter should slide in the same.
The upstream is on the exhaust manifold almost parallel to the windshield, and the downstream is on the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter, underneath the car.
