there are 2 electro magnetic relays for each headlight in a black box in front of the driver side wheel well they get wet a lot and burn out cost about $15 ea.
the one in the middle (3rd one usually doesn't need replacing)

the cooling fan fusible link comes off the battery cable then goes down to a plug that turns up towards the fan relay and also the alternator.
Check the headlight switch, if not it's probably a fusible link in the headlight circuit.
check fusible link wires connected to the starter..fusible links looks like a skinny wire that has a fatter wire in the middle...the fusible link is fat but on the inside the wire is skinny and act like a fuse which burns out once in a while...

A new fusible link section can be purchased from Chevrolet or a parts store, then you need to cut out the old section and solder the new one into place, cover with heat shrink to be more professional than wrapping it with electrical tape.

The fusible link is on the small size wire that comes off the battery. It comes up from under the air filter. It's probably green. It then attaches to the wiring harness that leads across the front of the motor.
