if you have diamond version go to hearthome city then go to the bottom right corner of hearthome city and go out then keep going right till you run into a rock with a hole in the middle then go up till you see a building the galactic grunt should be on the right of that building if not you have ether 1.already talked to him 2.went to the wrong place ps:go to the right and IF!! you see a guy talk to him and keep following him soon he will battle you
