It is called a fuel pump fuse. You list no year so it is impossible to answer other than to say look under the hood in the fuse box.

I have the same car and had the same problem. It is just a fuse. You may notice that your gas tank doesnt open either. The fuse box is located next to the gas pedal and there is an extra fuse inside the box. Read the manual to figure out which fuse it is but after you change it, the horn and gas tank will work fine.
