The grottoes are random. When you complete one, you get another. There is no set pattern, no one can tell you where the grotto is without actually looking at the picture it gives you. For example, your 'Diamond Cave of Death Lv96' will look different, have different contents and be located in a different place to someone else's Diamond Cave of Death.
