Its integrated in the hazard switch in the center of the dashboard.
It is part of the hazard light button on the upper right of the speedometer - clock unit.
I think its in the same place as the T4 - behind the hazard warning switch on the dash.

The blinker relay is broken. It is located inside the hazard switch. Replace the switch and it will fix your problem.
The relay for the hazards and the indicators is the hazard light switch itself it a all in one unit. Just had to replace mine. Google it you will find the info really quickly and it's easy to do. A new one cost me £18.
no the relay is behind the hazard switch well really it is the swtich if u pull the trim around the vents and the switches off ull see it
The hazard relay of a Mercedes Vito is incorporated in the normal front wiper switch. Simply pull back the switch and the hazard relay will be seen.
I replaced my turn signal relay by changing the relay that also acts as the Hazard lights switch in my 2001 Jetta. Get a small flat screwdriver in there on either side to pry it out. About $25 at the dealer.
