In most vehicles, the heater relay is located behind the headlamp. It is typically behind the passenger side headlamp.
i have looked at the schematics and i cannot find a headlamp relay, it is either straight wired or using either the ignition or accessory relay.
The Headlight Relay, identified as HEADLAMP, is in the Driver's Side Instrument Panel Fuse Block. Just pull it out and replace with new one. See page 5-96 of your "Owner's Manual" for location...
The 1995 Nissan Pathfinder headlight relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The headlamp relay switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.

It's in the fuse box on the driver's side, to the left of the steering column. But there's more. You either have to pull out the fuse box, or remove the kick panels underneath the steering column. Have you figured it out yet? The headlamp relay, and the accessory breaker, is on the back side of the fuse box.

I believe there is no relay in the 94 YJ.... the power is regulated throught the switch.
