It plays a role within CARICOM aims for coordinated foreign policies and integrated policies within and along the Caribbean.
'Cour Caribéenne de Justice' is a French equivalent of the 'Caribbean Court of Justice'. The CCJ is part of the institutional framework of the Caribbean Community [CARICOM] of 15 full members, 5 associates and 7 observers. Specifically, it has an important contribution to make in terms of the realization of CARICOM's aims of a Caribbean united and harmonious in societies, political economies and diplomacy.
