If you are not leaking antifreeze on the floorboard, then it sounds like someone bypassed the heate core. Look under the hood for some hoses that run through the firewall. They may be cut.
Check the vent operation. Check that both heater pipes (water) into and out of the heater core are hot, if only one is hot then normally the core is blocked and will need renewing

Answer 1There probably could be several causes. The two most commonly occurring of which I can recall are a defective heate core [a small radiator inside the heat and A/C plenum box] which allows engine/radiator coolant to leak into the plenum, and the second would be some foreign object [like a candy wrapper or piece of a plastic bag] being sucked into the plenum through the return grate, and then being caught on the blower speed control resistor[s] pack.
