The glow plug relay unit is attached to the battery housing on the 405
Check the back of the heater switch. The electrical plug may be having an melt down from resistance.
the relay is behind and above the battery, you will see two heavy wires - one red and one orange coming out of it.
it is on top of the power stering pump. it looks like a grey multi plug but in fact it is the relay
under the air intake hoses near the bottom of the battery
it looks like a starter relay and its on the passager side valve cover area (powerstroke57) He is correct but be sure that you don't mistake the intake heater relay for the GP relay they are the same relay and are right next to each other. The Glow plug relay will have a orange and black wire to it that goes to the starter relay.
You don't. It uses an intake grid heater. You don't have glow plugs.
The plug is under the driving column.
The diagnostic plug is in the glove compartment in C3

the glow plug relay is behind the radio or the heater you will find it there ok.Eli take the centre consul apart 3 screws each side then loosen the screws for the gear stick shroud 4- 2 each side just lift this clear as the gaiter to the gear stick does not have to be removed look from the rear its on the left under the radio and heater
