Open the large black plastic box (Power Distribution Box) on the left side of the engine compartment, closer to the firewall - it's up high and easily accessed. Open the lid - there are a couple rows of small spade fuses - position 10, third in from the firewall, 1st row of spade fuses toward the front is a 15A blue (small) spade fuse. That's for the horn. (Just did this 15 minutes ago) Be sure to close the lid on the box when done!
