It should be plugged into the fuse panel on the lower left corner. There should be two relays there, the upper one is the turn signal relay and the lower one is the horn relay. Hope this helps!!
There is no horn relay. The horn is powered by the TIPM (totaly integrated power module). check for power at the horn it self.
Pull the fuse.
If a 1997 Grand Am GT sedan was purchased used and the horn isn't working, the wires to the horn could have been cut. If the fuses were replaced and the horn still does not work, check the horn for damage or loose wires.
