there are two horns behind the front bumper below the head lights right and left on the front of the metal inter fender.
Passenger lower front fender /w horn relay front end driver side
Its under the right front fender, behind the bumper(passenger side)
I think it's under the car, near the right tire. Look up.
On the right side of the car under the bumper is where you should find the horn. Then all you have to do is disconnect the electrical connector and pop on the bolt. Then reinstall in reverse order.
The horn it's self is located behind the bumper on the right side of the vehicle. it's super tiny. Hope this helps.

Mazda's are built and shipped over from Japan. though Ford holds 33% share of the company very few ford parts are used on a Mazda or vice versa. for Instance Mazda6 Engines use the same block design as the older ford probes. The RX-8 uses a Ford Horn... yeah that's it.. haha -Dan RP-
Need to know how to fix the horn on a 1997 mazda millenia that doesn't work?
Below are attached links discussing the horn on your truck.
Get a replacement one, either new or second hand and change it over. Takes about 5 mins and you can easily buy from a wrecker or some car parts stores
Then you have a short in the wiring, the horn button is defective, or the horn itself is defective.
On either side of the Ford badge there should be a horn.
