The relay for the power door locks should be located in the "body relay block". The body relay block is behind the left side of the dash near the instrument panel fuse block.
It is located in the underhood fuse block. Refer to your owners manual or the fuse block cover for an image view and exact location within the fuse block. Also note that if the contact side of this relay does not have power, check fuse 13 (20A) in the underhood fuse block. You should see power on the contact side of the relay when the key is cycled on and the engine is cranking.

The flasher relay is located on the fuse block, which is accessed by a plastic door under the dash just to the right of the steering column. Once this door is opened, the relay block snaps out and down. The flasher relay is a round aluminum can plugged in to the back or side of this fuse block

The horn relay on a 2001 Ford Expedition is located on the RPO Relay Block 1. You can find this relay block under the dash just above the passenger-side air bag.
