It is important to know the layout of an owned car. The fuses and horn relay are located in the fuse box, that is under the hood.
The horn is located behind the bumper, on the passenger side of the radiator support.
The wiper relay is underneath the dash on the driver's side. In the same location are the relays for the horn, headlamp, flashers and door locks. They are in cluster of relays.
Today car have many relays to control the high current, so which relay are you looking ????. headlight, horn, .....
The fuse for the horn and other circuits are located just a little left of the clutch pedal.
Horn's should be in the fender wells in the engine compartment.

the horn is located on the steering wheel along with the accel set button and cruise control button.
What relay are you trying to replace? (what does it operate?) horn
under the fuses beneath the hood. look back and it has a cover on it that you have to remove. then 2 fuse boxes. relays are beneath there. horn relay should be on far right.
Behind the fuse panel. You have to remove the fuse panel located in the drivers side kick panel and mounted on the back side of the fuse panel are a cluster of relays. One is for the Horn.
Underneath the dash with the hazard and wiper relays. All three and possibly another mount into a grey panel. The wiper relay is white.
