my 1988 4ws Honda prelude idles low at 600 rpm
In my case i adjust my fuel pressure regulator. but that was because i added a walbro 255 Fuel pump. Generally tho there is a throttle body screw that you can adjust for your idle RPM.

The idle adjustment screw is located on the IACV behind the manifold on a 1998 Honda CR-V. Open the latch on the IACV then take an screwdriver and tighten the adjustment screw.

At the base of the carburetor are 2 screws. One adjusts the idle speed and the other adjusts the idle mixture. Screw the idle mixture in until the engine starts missing then screw it out 1 turn. Then, adjust the idle speed screw to about 850 RPM.
The carburetor on a 125cc Honda Wave is adjusted by turning the idle mixture screw and idle speed screw along the front. Both are turned until the desired rpm and performance are achieved.
