look to the right of the passenger's feet. There may be an opening in that plastic panel. look in with a flashlight. mine is a red button. that panel pops off easy and there's also an embossed message saying "fuel pump reset".

The turn signal flasher relay switch, on a Ford E2 50, can be found below the dashboard on the drivers side. The relay switch is round and simply unplugs.
