You have a relay under hood but I don't think there is a switch on your model. Chances are, you have a bad pump if there is little or no pressure. This is a common GM problem.

chevys use a eng oil pressure switch to operate fuel pump after eng. starts This is in case the vehicle rolls over the eng will die.

The fuel pump relay in the 95 to 98 S10 is located in the glove compartment behind the door marked "relays". It is the first relay from the left. There is no inertia switch in GM vehicles. That's a Ford thing.
