Power distribution center (under the hood)
Looking at the PDC from the front of the vehicle, the bottom right mini fuse is #16,
the one above it is #17, the top one in the column is #18.
Fuse #19 is to the left (of #16)

I have a 1998 Sport and have several times gotten the low fuel light. Never actually have run out of gas and I have driven up to about 15 miles with the light on.

Cloth trim , but soem of them come with a leather trim as well.
check the fuse
there is no button of switch you have to disconnect the negative battery terminal
probably a fuel leak somewhere .
The stock rim size is 15 inch.
