I'm not positive this is the same for a 2010 truck as it is for the older ones but listen to the buzz and follow it's sound, a small buzzer should be located on the cabin fuse panel, remove this and the buzzer will stop, sometimes you can feel it vibrating to know which item it is.
The buzzer that lets you know the key is in the ignition in a 1989 Chevy Blazer is in the steering column. To access it you would need to remove the steering wheel with a special tool, or remove the ignition assembly. The key makes contact with a tab that activates the buzzer.
Should be just under the dash about 8inches right of the steering column. It iwll be a little plastic box. You can feel it vibrate when it is buzzing.
I just unpluged mine, but it is located below the sterio. It can be reached from behind on drivers side. very easy to get too. No tools.

If the buzzer goes on whenever the key is in and buzzes continuously, it may be the airbag system (SRS) or an electrical problem in the SRS sensor.
I believe that wire is for the key is in the ignition warning buzzer! Not 100%, but 90%.
I asked the question, but I finally found the flasher on a mounting plate above the glove box along with the seat belt buzzer and key buzzer

No he do not have a girlfriend
The flasher is located on the driver side at the the lower kick panel and is above the hood latch.Lay in the floor look towards the lhs fender and up it is mounted in block also where the door/key buzzer is.It might be green in color and is square. It is closer to the firewall side in that block and the buzzer is 1st so,you do not confuse the two. This is the location in most 86-93 mazdas.
