There isn't a knock sensor on a 95. There is a provisional hole on the back of the block, passenger side near the pcv location. If you wish to install one, that's the location. Also, that hole doesn't need to be plugged.

As far as I know it doesn't have a knock sensor , my 1995 doesn't have one according to the engine wiring schematic in my Haynes book ( I believe in 1996 with the EEC- V system , the 4.0 L - OHV has a knock sensor )
