On my 2003 it is located behind the right front fender spray skirt. It is easily reachable without removing the front wheel, but it's easier if you jack it up, remove the wheel, pull out the two plastic pins and single torx screw holding the plastic spray skirt to the car and peel it down out of the way. There you will find the receiver/drier with the low side suction port.
