The low pressure service port is on top of the accumulator (the bottle) located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. It is next to the wiper fluid fill bottle near the grille. It is the SMALLER of the A/C service ports. The high port is on the driver's side. It has a big valve on a smaller diameter line. If you are filling with 134A you MUST fill at the low port...the one on the accumulator (bottle).
On the ac system, the low pressure port is the smaller port. It will be located on the line coming from the dryer. The low pressure line is the larger line. it will be on it.
The 2002 Chevy Cavalier low side service port can be found on the top of the air conditioner compressor. The low side service port will be labeled as the low pressure port.
It is on the receiver dryer or shiny looking can at the right rear of the engine compartment. You need gauges to correctly add refrigerant.

look under your hood find your a/c compressor and trace your biggest line from the compressor to the port in that line.
I am assuming you are talking about the A/C. From the compressor, locate the large black hose comming from the A/C compressor. It goes into a small hard line, the valve on this hard line is the low side service port. The hose the comes from the A/C condencer is the high side service port.
You add the refrigerant through the low side service port.
It is added through the low pressure service port.
The port is located on the low pressure line. The low pressure line is the larger of the two lines coming from the A/C compressor. Also it should have a blue cap covering the port.

The low side service port is located on the suction line at the top of the engine.....
