your truck is most likely equipped with the 350 or 305 TBI (throttle body injection) system which does not use a MAF sensor. It uses whats called a speed density system which uses an equation of vehicle speed, engine rpm, throttle demand, ambient air temp. to calculate how much fuel is needed for the given time. your truck could be an maf fuel system but i highly doubt it i need some more info. hope this helps
