You don't have a MAP sensor, you have a MAF sensor.
MAP stands for manifold absolute pressure, and was an early method for gauging the amount of air entering an EFI system. Ford phased these out in 94. If you had one, you'd notice a vacuum line going to a box mounted somewhere with a large electrical connector.
MAF stands for mass air flow. Your engine is similar to my 2002 from what I understand, and the MAF is directly after the air cleaner. I would not advise someone to replace this part unless the vehicle idled, but when you try to move in gear it dies. If you're experiencing other problems, like poor fuel economy, try cleaning the MAF with spray MAF cleaner available at most parts stores. You can also use alcohol and a Q-tip on the bare wire inside the MAF- carefully, don't break the wire or you'll be buying a new MAF.
